As a professional horse trainer, I specialize in using a unique blend horsemanship and cowboy dressage techniques to bring out the best in your horse. With over a decade of experience, I have honed my skills to create a training program that is both effective and enjoyable for both horse and rider.

Cowboy Dressage combines traditional dressage principles with the feel and mentality of the working cowboy, creating a harmonious relationship between horse and rider. Horsemanship focuses on the foundation skills and understanding of horse behavior, helping to build trust and respect between horse and human.

In addition to training riders, I also offer re-training services for horses. I have a proven track record of successfully rehabilitating horses with behavioral issues and helping them reach their full potential. I take the time to get to know each horse as an individual, identifying their strengths and weaknesses, and tailoring my approach to meet their specific needs.

  • Certainly, you can agist your horse at Wildcroft during its training. You have the option to choose between a shared paddock or a private paddock. The duration of the training will depend on the horse's individual needs and learning abilities. There are no fixed weeks, as it all depends on what needs to be accomplished and how quickly the horse adapts to the new training approach.

  • In general, I do not require to see or ride the horses before accepting them for training. However, there are exceptions where the owner and I need to assess whether my training will be suitable for the horse. In such cases, travel expenses and time will be charged.

  • The cost of re-training depends on the specific issues that need to be addressed and the level of risk involved for the trainer. It is important to assess the horse's problem thoroughly before determining the cost of training.
